BUILDING ALMAJIRIS AND REFORMING THEIR ATTITUDE - BARA

Change in BARA is targeting the very vulnerable almajiris whose future has been shattered and robbed by the uninformed community that breeds them since time inmemorable especially in the Northern parts of Nigeria.
Change in BARA plans to host a pilot programme that will see the long social menace of almajiris waning away systematically by providing a community-owned institutional solution. Here we are envisaging starting a community food security programme, community education programme, and community-based empowerment programme for the almajiris. After successful roll out of the pilot programme in the selected LGAs in Kano State, the full blown project will then be implemented across affected states.
HoR - House of Reformers

Young people and the youth that join as members will be ambassadors for disseminating information and literature about drug abuse and its consequences to other younger people at schools, places of work and the community. Members will benefit from entrepreneurship and career counselling services in order to strengthen their resolve to live a drug-free life.
HoR approach targets mass spread of information about drug abuse and guidance on avoiding it so as to limit chances of been introduced into drugs due to less knowledge.
